The Seasons of Dance Choreography Workshop is a series that offers an immersive
learning experience in the choreography of dance traditions from around the world.
This June, we pay tribute to the Carnival dance traditions of Brazil!
Join us for Samba choreography from Marcel Camus’ 1959 film, Orfeo Negro (Black Orpheus). Winner of both the Academy Award and Cannes Film Festival’s Palme d’Or.
Hula Manu Ō'ō brings the spirit of Hawaiʻi to life through dance, music, and storytelling. This performance showcases traditional Polynesian hula and contemporary interpretations, highlighting the beauty, rhythm, and cultural meaning of movement as a living art form shared across generations.
Meander from room to room while enjoying sips and bites crafted for each room’s theme, highlighting the journey of the Mai Tai at locations around the globe.
Listen to classic Hawaiian melodies in Hinky Dinks with DJ Speakeasy Ray, 1960’s Island Soul Music in our Lounge with DJ Samoa Boy, Land in our Main Dining room and sway to Slack Guitar with Patrick Landeza, dance to the Tropical Conga Beats with Rene Escovido.
